Fluid Hydration as well as fueling with energy are very important factors in determining a runner's
performance during the marathon and distance running.  Improper hydration, inadequate fueling or
both can lead to poor performances and even serious medical consequences.  The key to any
successful run is to develop a fluid and fueling strategy to be used during training and implemented
