Efficient runners are better runners.  Running efficiency is dependent upon proper running form.  By simply
observing a road race, one can see that there are many different running styles.  There is no one perfect running
style that can be applied to every runner.  Each runner is unique and develops there own running style that is
based upon one's own body style and biomechanics.  The key is to find that running style that makes you the most
efficient and economical to be able to run at your top performance and avoid running injuries.  With years of
